Live Stream Shopping Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our live stream! To ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience, please read and fully understand the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

Deposit Payment and Refund Policy

– Deposit Amount: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for each order. The deposit is collected upon order confirmation.

– Deposit Usage: Upon payment of the deposit, the product will be temporarily reserved for you. However, the remaining balance must be settled within the specified timeframe. Please note that the deposit does not represent full payment for the product. Full payment is required for shipment to occur.

Shipping and Delivery

– Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.

– Shipping Method: Products will be shipped via USPS special delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 8-14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on external factors, such as customs processing or unforeseen delays.

-International Shipping: If the total value of a single order exceeds $200, the customer may opt for international shipping. Please be advised that any customs duties, taxes, or other charges incurred during the shipping process will be the responsibility of the customer.

Product Claims and Payment Requirements

-Product Claims: Customers may claim (reserve) products during the live stream. If the total value of claimed products exceeds the amount already paid (deposit and remaining balance), the host will not take the products from the store.

-Payment Deadline: The remaining balance must be paid before the live stream concludes in order to reserve and secure the claimed products.

-Claims Post-Payment: Claims for products will only be processed after the payment is received in full. Once payment is completed, the claimed products will be reserved for the customer.

Overdue Payment and Cancellation Policy

– Overdue Payment: If the remaining balance is not paid within the specified time, the order will be held for up to 24 hours. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be considered canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of overdue payments, the host will only take the items that have already been paid for on the same day. Any unpaid items will not be taken.

–Payment After Live Stream: If the customer makes payment after the live stream has concluded, the host will return to the store to retrieve the products. However, if the products are out of stock, the host will not be held responsible for any inventory shortages.

-Automatic Shipping: If the customer has met the free shipping requirement but has not made any additional purchases within one week, the customer’s package will be shipped automatically, containing only the items that have been paid for, and the total package value will be recalculated.
